This is a smart lithium battery  management system(BMS) which can be used for either Li-ion batteries or LiFePO4 batteries. It can use for 11S, 12S, 13S, 14S or 15S batteries. You can program it on your computer and view all the parameters via your mobile(The Android APP can slightly modify parameter for the BMS while the IOS APP can only read datas and cannot modify data from mobile) when outside. The battery pcm has been upgraded with alloy plates for better heat radiation, but the connection of the PCM has no changed. We also provide ohter intelligent lithium battery BMS with larger current from 7S to 10S, 16S~ 20S PCM and 20S~ 30S BMS with software and mobile app control. 

The battery BMS is with NTC temperature protection, short circuit protection, over/under voltage protection, over current protection etc.

This Smart PCM use the same COM for charging and discharge which means the charging current can be equal to the discharging current(but we don't suggest charging current to be too large because it is no good for battery). We can also provide customzied charger which compatible with the smart BMS.

If you are going to install the battery with casing which has an ON/OFF switch, then you may need the BMS to have a ON/OFF function leads for connecting to the case's switch. In this case, you can choose the ON/OFF switch for the BMS.

The Smart BMS has upgraded. It's compatible with UART COM and 485 COM.

Smart BMS for 20S, 21S, 22S, 23S, 24S, 25S, 26S, 27S, 28S, 29S, 30S LiFePO4 or Lithium-ion batteries. You can set the battery parameter with your computer or cell phone. The Android APP can slightly modify parameter for the BMS while the IOS APP can only read datas and cannot modify data from mobile. The max current can be 100A for this BMS.  By the way, please set the recycle capacity to be 80% of the rated capacity/actual capacity. BMS for 36V Li-ion ebike battery with countinuous discharge current being 20A. This BMS is small in dimension(L*W*H: 65*35*9mm) which you can install it into many different battery cases. If you want to make a 5V output for charging your mobile or ipad, you can add a 5V1A USB PCB when ordering the PCM.

The battery BMS has a ON/OFF switch, if you don't have swtich for your battery, you can just solder the two switch wires together.

The battery BMS also has a high temperature protection sensor; if the battery is too high in temperature, the BMS will cut off power to protect the battery.

With this 5V PCB, you can make a 5V USB output from your battery. We use this Decompression PCB for our Hailong-2 battery USB output, tigershark downtube battery USB output etc. This PCB is suitable for 8V-63V lithium batteries. Harness will be included.

The USB port does not include with the PCB, please be noted. The USB output is included with the battery case. We will solder the harness before shipment if we get to know which  battery case you are going to use; different cases require different connection for USB output, if the harness is not soldered when you get the item, please solder youself with the correct connection.

If the connection is wrong, there will be no output for the USB port.

13S 48V li-ion BMS for ebike lithium ion batteries. The continuous discharging current for the BMS is 20A. This BMS is with smallest dimension. It fits for our Hailong-2 casing, tigersharkcasing, junbo shark, new polly casing ebike batteries. If your battery case requires USB outlet, you can order the 5V USB PCB on our website.

E-bike BMS for downtube battery. This PCM has no ON/OFF switch, if your battery has ON/OFF switch, then this BMS is not suitable for your battery. This BMS is used for our down tube battery(hailong -1 casing), please click the above link for the battery case to ensure you wouldn't order the wrong bms before making the order. If your PCM is defective, you can buy this one for replacement. THe BMS is for 36V or 48V li-ion ebike batteries, Harness is included with the BMS. 

The model for the BMS is: PCM-L13S15-B14 or PCM-L13S15-B14(A-2); please see below video for the bms connection.

PCM for ebike bottle batteries, round shape batteries, 24V or 36V lithium batteries.

48V 13S 20A battery BMS with small size(65*35*10MM) for ebike downtube batteries, Hailong batteries, Jumbo shark batteries or Dorado batteries.

Note, this BMS is only suitable for 48V/13S li-ion battery; it is not suitable for LiFePO4 battery.  

The continuous discharge current is 20A, pulse/max discharging current is 50A; The max charging current is 5A.  

If you use this BMS for Dorado battery, please short circuit the switch wires.
